Are you a qualified Beverage Professional with experience in cocktails?

Role and Responsibilities:
As Wine and Beverage Manager you will be planning, organizing, controlling and directing the wine and beverage operations. Also, you will provide guidance on beverage products and services for the bars of the F&B operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
🔹 Leading, coaching and training the F&B team
🔹 Maximizing efficiency and productivity and achieving established goals
🔹 Preparing annual plans and forecasts, consistently monitoring and managing budgetary goals
🔹 Being proficient in the costing of menu and beverage list items including buffets
🔹 Proposing menus and wine recommendations to event organizers
🔹 Ensuring high-quality guest service
Qualifications:
✔5 years of relevant experience in a 5-star hotel/resort in an international setting
✔Proven experience with cocktails preferably in high-end resorts
✔Extensive Wine Knowledge
✔Leadership, team management and excellent communication skills
✔Fluent in English
✔Availability to relocate to the Caribbean
